Overview

Stogly's retail module covers the full retail operations workflow:

  • Sales channels — connect Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms
  • Order management — process, fulfill, and track online orders
  • Store pricing — set different prices per store location
  • Inter-store orders — transfer stock between your stores
  • Courier integration — ship with BEX, D Express, Serbian Post, and more
  • Cost calculations (Kalkulacija) — calculate landed costs and retail margins
  • Price adjustments (Nivelacija) — apply bulk price changes with audit trails
  • KEP book — maintain the Serbian trade book for compliance

Sales Channel Integrations

Connecting Shopify

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click + Add Integration and select Shopify
  3. Enter your Shopify store URL
  4. Authorize Stogly to access your store
  5. Configure sync settings:
    - Product sync — push products and stock levels to Shopify

    - Order sync — pull incoming orders into Stogly

    - Price sync — keep prices in sync across channels
  6. Click Save & Activate

Connecting WooCommerce

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click + Add Integration and select WooCommerce
  3. Enter your WooCommerce site URL and API credentials
  4. Configure sync preferences (products, orders, stock)
  5. Click Save & Activate

Order Management

Processing Online Orders

  1. Navigate to Sales > Orders
  2. New orders from connected channels appear automatically
  3. Click on an order to view details:
    - Customer information

    - Order items and quantities

    - Shipping address and method
  4. Update order status: Pending > Processing > Shipped > Delivered
  5. Print packing slips or shipping labels as needed

Order Statuses

Store Pricing

Set different selling prices for each store location.

Configuring Store Prices

  1. Navigate to Catalog > Products and open a product
  2. Go to the Store Pricing tab
  3. Set a custom price for each store location
  4. If no store-specific price is set, the default selling price applies
  5. Click Save

Store pricing is useful when your locations serve different markets with varying price expectations.

Inter-Store Orders

Transfer stock between your store locations.

Creating an Inter-Store Order

  1. Navigate to Sales > Inter-Store Orders
  2. Click + New Inter-Store Order
  3. Select the source store (sending) and destination store (receiving)
  4. Add products and quantities to transfer
  5. Submit the order
  6. The receiving store confirms receipt, and stock adjusts automatically in both locations

Courier Integration

Setting Up a Courier

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Select the courier provider
  3. Enter your courier account credentials (API key or account number)
  4. Configure default shipping options (package size, weight limits)
  5. Click Save & Activate

Shipping an Order

  1. Open an order from Sales > Orders
  2. Click Create Shipment
  3. Select the courier and service type
  4. Review the shipping label — print or download
  5. The tracking number is automatically saved to the order

Cost Calculations (Kalkulacija)

Calculate the full landed cost of products including purchase price, transport, customs, and other fees.

Creating a Cost Calculation

  1. Navigate to Finance > Cost Calculations
  2. Click + New Calculation
  3. Link to a purchase order or supplier invoice
  4. Add additional cost items:
    - Transport costs

    - Customs duties

    - Handling fees
  5. The system distributes costs across products proportionally
  6. Review the calculated cost price per item
  7. Approve to update product cost prices

Price Adjustments (Nivelacija)

Apply bulk price changes across your product catalog with a full audit trail.

Creating a Price Adjustment

  1. Navigate to Finance > Price Adjustments
  2. Click + New Adjustment
  3. Select products to adjust — individually or by category
  4. Choose the adjustment method:
    - Set new price — enter a specific price

    - Percentage change — increase or decrease by a percentage

    - New margin target — set a desired margin and let the system calculate the price
  5. Review the adjustment preview showing old price, new price, and margin impact
  6. Approve and apply — the new prices take effect immediately
  7. A signed record of the change is stored for compliance

KEP Book (Serbian Trade Book)

The KEP book (Knjiga Evidencije Prometa) is required by Serbian tax regulations.

How Stogly Maintains KEP

  1. Navigate to Finance > KEP Book
  2. The system auto-generates KEP entries from:
    - Incoming goods (purchase orders, supplier invoices)

    - Outgoing goods (sales, transfers)

    - Price adjustments (nivelacija records)
  3. Filter by date range and export to PDF or CSV for submission

Tips & Best Practices

  • Sync stock across channels — enable real-time stock sync to avoid overselling on connected platforms
  • Use inter-store orders — keep your best-selling items in stock at high-traffic locations
  • Review cost calculations — always verify landed costs after import shipments to keep margins accurate
  • Schedule price adjustments — plan nivelacija during low-traffic hours to minimize customer confusion
  • Keep KEP current — review KEP entries monthly to catch any gaps before tax reporting deadlines
